Adding a case should be pretty self explanatory. The screen is designed to scroll with all of the information on one screen. What do you think of this? Any suggestions or feature ideas would be great!
Each data entry is made by clicking on the relevant button. You will either be able to change the data in front of you or be taken to a lookup screen for extra information (i.e. if you click Speciality then you taken to another screen and you can select Burns, Cardiac etc). When you have finished then just hit save in the top right hand corner.
Your screen will remain the same so that if you are doing similar lists you can alter the data easily.
