When you first log in go to the settings menu.
Here you should select your location settings and your user details. If you do not select location then it will not automatically add one to each of your cases. If you do not choose a user profile then it will not allow you to produce reports.
You also need to set up Apples native Mail app to send the reports. If not then the app will either crash or show you an error message to do so.
