The short answer is No.
The RCoA have not dictated the use of any particular logbook.
Some deaneries are trying to enforce its use for their own ease during the ARCP process.
However, you can use what ever logbook you want. Remember that when you take time away and put your membership on hold, you will not have access to your logbook or data.
