New phone? Restoring your subscription

Previous medberry purchases can be restored by going to the settings menu, Selecting Subscription Purchase / Restore.

You will need to have a current ongoing subscription to do this and be logged into your active account.

In the top right hand of the page is a Restore button. Hit this and your previous subscription should be restored. 

Simples! But if not then let us know.

    Tried this, but still lost my previous cases. Any help welcome….my logbook is empty on the new phone
