There have been reports of a bug when unable to delete cases. If you experience it you will be unable to delete a case and an error message like this will appear:
We have identified that this error occurs when there is poor data connection and a delete action is performed whilst the app is still communicating with the server. It is work in progress.
If you do experience this bug then please do the following:
- Do a data export and check you have 2 spreadsheets with your data on it
- Check your username on the settings screen if you cannot remember it
- Delete the app (don't worry, all your data is stored on our server)
- Restart your phone
- Reinstall the app
- Log back in
- Check your data and that the delete function now works
