Changing your password: On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link from MedReflect (sent via medberry.co.uk). Click the link and enter a new password.
Changing your email: Go to Settings and update your email address. A confirmation will be sent to your new address.
Deleting your account: Go to Settings → Delete my account. This permanently deletes all your CPD entries, profile data, and authentication record. This action cannot be undone.
Your data and privacy: MedReflect stores your name, email, CPD entries, and subscription status. Supporting documents you upload are processed to extract text for the AI but are not permanently stored on our servers. Your CPD entry text is sent to OpenAI to generate reflections — do not include patient-identifiable information. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Common issues:
- Confirmation email not received — check your spam folder. If it's not there, try signing up again or contact us.
- Password reset link goes to the wrong page — make sure you're clicking the link on the device you want to sign in on.
- Entries not saving — make sure you have a title entered before saving. A notification will appear if anything is missing.
- AI button is greyed out — this means your trial has expired or your subscription is inactive. Go to Settings to subscribe.
- App is slow or not loading — try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R). If problems persist, contact us.
