What usually works well
- PDF certificates and clear scans or photos (straight-on, good light, full page visible where possible)
- Agendas or programmes that show dates and duration
- Course page URLs where the product supports using the link you provide
Tips
- Avoid heavy glare, dark shadows, or crops that cut off dates or credit hours.
- If the wrong date or hours are picked up, correct them manually.
- For multi-day or modular courses, follow your college or employer rules— you may need one entry per session or one entry with careful manual edits.
