Reflection quality scores

This is the inbuilt system that does automatic checks and scores are for, and why you should still review every entry yourself.

MedReflect can check generated reflections against the evidence you supplied—for example whether the reflection covers what is in your upload and stays consistent with it. You may see scores or indicators to help you judge whether an entry feels ready for your portfolio.

 

They are not a guarantee that an entry will meet every deanery, employer, or appraiser requirement. Formats and expectations differ.

 

You must make sure each entry is true, complete, and appropriate for your situation. If wording feels generic or misses important detail, edit the text or use any themes or notes the app offers until the entry reflects your learning accurately.

 

Try clearer evidence (for example a sharper scan), or add a short note in the fields the app provides so the reflection stays tied to your activity.
