MedReflect can generate a professionally formatted PDF report of your CPD portfolio, suitable for sharing with your appraiser.
Upload the PDF into your appraisal or portfolio system (for example FourteenFish, Clarity, SARD, PIRP, Kaizen, LEO, SOAR, or Turas—whichever you use), or share the PDF with your appraiser if that matches your local process.
To export:
- Go to the History tab
- Optionally filter by date range to include only the entries relevant to your appraisal period
- Click Export PDF
- The report will download automatically
What's included in the report:
- A cover page with your name, date range, and regulatory framework
- A summary of total CPD hours and number of entries
- Each CPD entry with its date, duration, themes, and AI-generated reflection
Your name on the report: Make sure you've added your name in Settings — this appears on the cover page. If it's missing, go to Settings, enter your name, and click Save settings before exporting.
PDF export is available to paid subscribers only. If the export button is greyed out, check your subscription status in Settings.
